Returns and Exchanges
As the products we sell are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for items containing production errors.
Production Errors
If the product received has what could be considered a production error such as missing or misspelled words. In the event of a production error, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will then work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, resolution will consist of providing a replacement item. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges or taxes incurred in providing the replacement item. If for some reason you decide you do not want a replacement item, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item less any taxes and shipping.
Damaged Goods
If an item arrives and has visible packaging damage, please do not open the package. Instead, please take photos of all sides of the package. Once that is completed, you may open the package to see if the damage was limited to the package itself, or if it also caused damage to the product. If the product also shows signs of damage, please take photos of the product damage as well. Send all photos to us. Once we have a chance to review them, we will contact you to discuss the resolution that is best for you.
Lost Goods
We define lost goods as those that leave our possession but never reach the shipping destination as evidenced by the tracking number not indicating having been delivered. If this is the case, then we ask that you notify us of the issue but wait 5 business days before submitting a claim. We find that many times, the carrier needed a few extra days to get the item delivered. If after the waiting period has expired, please contact us for a resolution that is best for you.
